Pilates was developed more than 75 years ago and is still used for rehabilitation purposes as well as becoming one of the most popular exercise programs today!
Pilates unites body and mind. It is designed to strengthen and tone muscles, provide balance, increase flexibility, improve body alignment, thereby enhancing physical and emotional well-being. Sessions are designed to accommodate any fitness level.
Private, Small Group, Mat or Reformer Sessions can be arranged at the studio.
